came to Magmata with a rough logo concept that needed some work. What followed was a step-by-step rebranding of their corporate identity. At Magmata, we treat each element in a design with individuality and respect, which resonates together as a whole.

Overall, not a bad concept, just a bit rough around the edges with some elements looking as though they were lifted from other sources.

Here is a close-up examination of the Crown Element from the original layout comp. Definitely room for improvement here.

A bit of clever modeling in 3D Studio Max, and we have a much more realistic, and clean looking result on the Crown Element.

Here we have a close-up of the Earth element from the original logo comp. Looking a bit pixelated and choppy as if from a low-res source, with a general lack of detail and harsh lighting.

Here we have a close-up on the Lion Element of the original logo comp. Looking lifted from newsprint, or low res source. Choppy crop and reduced detail, very unrepresentative of the entity "Millionaire Entertainment" and it's perceived equity.

Here we have the Gold Variation modeled out in 3D Studio Max and Photoshop, looking much cleaner. But this version is not quite right for the final composition, so a few tweaks are needed.

Here is the final redesign on the Lion Element of the logo, which leads us to...

A few passes on the text effects and we have a much cleaner end result that is truely representative of the corporate entity.
